I visited Southwold this summer for the first time and was taken with how attractive and unspoilt it appeared.  To me it seemed a slightly old-fashioned, very English seaside town without all the usual razzmatazz we have come to expect these days.  I have, as usual, used plenty of artistic licence to bring together some of the buildings that caught my eye and, hopefully, have produced a picture which captures its charm.
